Follow the steps below:
1. Open VLC Media Player
2. Play the video/stream that you want to record
3. Click on the recording button (red) in the play bar
4. Your video is now being recorded
5. If you want to quit recording, click again on the recording button
6. Your video is now saved on your computer (default: My Documents / Videos)
